Can employers see my personal details?

Not at the discovery stage. Employers see a : readiness, fit, experience band, and general location. Never your name, contact details, or documents.

What does Express Interest do?

It records your interest so the HeroRamp team can consider you for that opportunity. It doesn't send your identity to an employer and doesn't guarantee placement.

How do employers get approved?

Employers complete a company profile and accept platform terms, then the HeroRamp operations team reviews and approves access.

How do partners take part?

Partners join as supply sources. During the pilot this is managed directly with the HeroRamp team.

What does the pilot phase include?

Candidate readiness and opportunities, employer masked discovery and shortlist requests, and governed operations - with more capabilities arriving in later phases.
